Ingredients:
- 2¼ tsp yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 2¼ cups warm water
- 500g flour, 15g salt, 15ml olive oil
- Tomato sauce, mozzarella, toppings
Steps:
- Activate yeast in warm water.
- Knead with flour, salt, oil. Rest dough 12–48 hrs.
- Stretch dough, top with sauce & cheese.
- Bake at 550°F (290°C) for 5–8 mins.

Ingredients:

- Pita bread, tahini sauce, salad
Steps:
- Marinate chicken and grill it.
