🍌2. PEACH BANANA SMOOTHIE BOWL
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana (preferably frozen)
- 1 cup frozen or fresh peach slices
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond milk)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Toppings: banana slices, peach slices, granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes, nuts
Steps:
- Blend the banana, peach slices, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your choice of toppings like fruits, granola, and seeds.
🍳3. TURKISH POACHED EGGS
Ingredients:
- Eggs, yogurt, garlic, paprika
- Butter, dill, salt, vinegar
Steps:
- Poach eggs in vinegar water.
- Mix yogurt with garlic and salt, spread on plate.
- Top with poached eggs and paprika butter drizzle.
🍳4. MINI FRITTATA
Ingredients:
- Eggs, spinach, cheese, bell peppers
- Onions, salt, pepper, olive oil
Steps:
- Beat eggs with seasoning and chopped veggies.
- Pour into muffin tray and bake at 180°C for 20 mins.

Ingredients:
- Eggs, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper
- Garlic, paprika, feta cheese, olive oil
Steps:
- Sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers.
- Add tomatoes and spices, simmer till thick.
- Crack eggs into the mix, top with feta, cook till set.
🍚6. GARLIC RICE WITH WHITE SAUCE CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- Cooked basmati rice, chopped garlic, butter, salt, pepper
- Boneless chicken, milk, all-purpose flour, butter, minced garlic
- Black pepper, cheese (optional), mixed herbs or oregano
Steps:
- Sauté chopped garlic in butter, add rice, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken with garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Make white sauce by mixing butter and flour, then slowly whisking in milk.
- Add cooked chicken and seasonings to the sauce. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve creamy white sauce chicken over garlic rice.
🥬7. COLESLAW
Ingredients:
- Cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, vinegar
- Sugar, salt, pepper
Steps:
- Shred cabbage and carrots finely.
- Mix with mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper.
- Chill before serving.
🍓8. FRUIT SALAD
Ingredients:
- Mixed fruits: apple, banana, berries, orange
- Honey, lemon juice, mint
Steps:
- Chop all fruits evenly.
- Drizzle honey and lemon juice.
- Mix gently and garnish with mint.
