🥩1. CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE WITH STEAK AND SHRIMP

    Steps:

  1. Sear steak and shrimp separately in butter & olive oil.
  2. Sauté garlic, add cream, Parmesan, and simmer.
  3. Pour sauce over steak & shrimp and serve hot.
🐟2. GRILLED SALMON

    Steps:

  1. Marinate salmon with herbs, garlic, lemon juice.
  2. Grill each side for 4–5 minutes until flaky.
🥧3. PIE AND MASH

    Steps:

  1. Cook minced beef with onion & seasoning.
  2. Fill crusts, bake pies until golden brown.
  3. Boil potatoes and mash with butter; serve with peas & gravy.
🥙4. TURKISH FATAYER
     

    Steps:

     
  1. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add olive oil and warm water gradually to form a soft dough. Knead well and let it rest for 1 hour.

  3. Prepare your filling: sauté spinach with onion, garlic, salt, and lemon juice (or cook minced meat with spices).

  5. Divide dough into small balls, roll into circles, and place filling in the center.

  7. Fold into a triangular shape and seal the edges well.

  9. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden.

    Steps:

  1. Sauté garlic and seafood with seasoning.
  2. Layer rice in a bowl, top with seafood mixture.
  3. Drizzle with soy and sesame oil, garnish with onions.

    Steps:

  1. Marinate meat in yogurt and spices.
  2. Layer partially cooked rice and meat; add saffron milk.
  3. Dum cook (steam) for 20–30 mins, serve hot.

  1. Pan-fry chicken until golden.
  2. Make sauce with garlic, soy, honey & vinegar.
  3. Simmer chicken in sauce and top with sesame seeds.

  1. Cook marinated chicken in butter and tomato sauce.
  2. Finish with cream and spices for rich flavor.
  3. Serve with homemade naan cooked on a tawa.
