🥩1. CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE WITH STEAK AND SHRIMP
Ingredients:
- Steak, shrimp, garlic, heavy cream
- Butter, Parmesan, herbs, olive oil
Steps:
- Sear steak and shrimp separately in butter & olive oil.
- Sauté garlic, add cream, Parmesan, and simmer.
- Pour sauce over steak & shrimp and serve hot.
🐟2. GRILLED SALMON
Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets, lemon, olive oil
- Garlic, herbs (dill, parsley), salt & pepper
Steps:
- Marinate salmon with herbs, garlic, lemon juice.
- Grill each side for 4–5 minutes until flaky.
🥧3. PIE AND MASH
Ingredients:
- Minced beef, pie crust, potatoes, butter
- Onion, gravy mix, peas
Steps:
- Cook minced beef with onion & seasoning.
- Fill crusts, bake pies until golden brown.
- Boil potatoes and mash with butter; serve with peas & gravy.
🥙4. TURKISH FATAYER
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ cup warm water (adjust as needed)
- For filling: sautéed spinach or cooked minced meat, onion, garlic, spices (like cumin, pepper), lemon juice
Steps:
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add olive oil and warm water gradually to form a soft dough. Knead well and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Prepare your filling: sauté spinach with onion, garlic, salt, and lemon juice (or cook minced meat with spices).
- Divide dough into small balls, roll into circles, and place filling in the center.
- Fold into a triangular shape and seal the edges well.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with yogurt or mint chutney.
🦐5. STUFFED SEAFOOD BOWL
Ingredients:
- Shrimp, crab meat, rice, soy sauce
- Garlic, green onions, sesame oil
Steps:
- Sauté garlic and seafood with seasoning.
- Layer rice in a bowl, top with seafood mixture.
- Drizzle with soy and sesame oil, garnish with onions.
🍛6. BIRIYANI
Ingredients:
- Basmati rice, chicken/mutton, biriyani masala
- Onions, yogurt, saffron, ghee
Steps:
- Marinate meat in yogurt and spices.
- Layer partially cooked rice and meat; add saffron milk.
- Dum cook (steam) for 20–30 mins, serve hot.

Ingredients:
- Chicken thighs, honey, garlic, soy sauce
- Sesame seeds, vinegar, green onions
Steps:
- Pan-fry chicken until golden.
- Make sauce with garlic, soy, honey & vinegar.
- Simmer chicken in sauce and top with sesame seeds.
🍗8. BUTTER CHICKEN WITH NAAN
Ingredients:
- Chicken, tomato puree, cream, butter
- Spices: garam masala, turmeric, chili powder
- Naan: flour, yogurt, baking soda
Steps:
- Cook marinated chicken in butter and tomato sauce.
- Finish with cream and spices for rich flavor.
- Serve with homemade naan cooked on a tawa.
